Sit-at-home: Anambra maintains IPOB first other as Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi are on lockdown

Anambra state remains on lockdown despite plea by the Indegeneous people of Biafra to stop the Sit-at-home order.

The media and publicity secretary of IPOB, Emma Powerful, had issues a statement saying the Sit-at-home order has been suspended, he said it was cancelled aftwr the plea from residents over the effects of the excersise.

Although the people of Southeast has shunned the cancellation and continue to stay at every Monday instead.

Kingreporter official who moved around Around Anambra confirmed that Onitsha, Awka and Nnewi are on lockdown while there is no enforcement for the lockdown or any form of violence at the process.

The decision of the people of the people to stay at home  are not clear, it may be because of fear or support for Nnamdi Kanu.
