Nnamdi Kanu: FG not appearing in court over fear to loose

Just recently the federal Government of Nigeria led by Muhammadu Buhari has not been truthful about the rearest of the leader of the Indegeneous people of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.

They claimed the interpol intercepted Kanu in Britain where he is residing, it later burst out that Kanu was illegally adopted in Kenya the east African Country.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who founded IPOB in 2015 want the southeastern Nigeria to have it’s independent state called Biafra.

Severall times the federal Government of Nigeria has failed to appear in court or bring the leader of IPOB to court.

A court sitting was scheduled for the leader of IPOB in a high court in Abuja but federal Government failed to bring him to court while giving transportation reasons.

Same as a suit by the leader of IPOB in Umuahia, demanding his return to Kenya, and payment of 5billion naira over violation of Fundamental Human rights, the Federal Government also failed to appear in court.

This two incident could be a sign that the federal Government of Nigeria is on a loosing side that’s why they are not showing up in court.

Although there reasons are sketchy at this moment but it looks like the actual reason are not revealed to the public, in the meantime we will keep monitoring the development.
