Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is set to visit the United States on Friday to finalize a mineral deal, according to US President Donald Trump.
Speaking to reporters, Trump confirmed Zelenskyy’s upcoming visit, stating that the Ukrainian leader is eager to sign a strategic minerals agreement.
He also emphasized that his administration is working to recover billions of dollars spent on the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.
“Zelenskyy is coming to visit on Friday,” Trump said. “He would like to sign the minerals deal with me.”
