Just Recently the Nigerian Security forces comprising Army, DSS and the Police has been on Rampage in Orsu Local Government area of Imo state breaking peoples houses and arresting any young boy.
Failure doesn’t have to have Horns before it is recognized the Nigerian Army turning against people they are supposed to protect is a sign of failure.
This could be seen as a failure of the state government to control the rising security challenges in Imo state.
Just recently over 30 residents of Orsu was taken from their respective homes while the state Government led by Hope Uzordimma pressnted them as the kidnappers.
On 17 December the Nigerian Army invaded Orsu again shooting sparodically to anything that flies, while destroying houses and properties of the residents.
According to former Orsu state house of assembly Jeff Ojinika he described the activities of the Nigerian security operatives in the region as barbaric urging them to do their job intelligently.
While speaking Jeff demands for the release of the young men’s abducted from Orsu and presented to the Imo state government as kidnappers.
Today an unidentified number of residents especially young boys was abducted from Amaruru in Orsu LGA imo state, while they have been taken to an unknown destination.
