The Governor of Ebonyi state and the Chairman of Southeast Governor’s Forum, Dave Umahi, has frowned face on the Comments of Femi Fani Kayode who recently left PDP for APC.
Femi Fani Kayode Joined the rulling all Progressive Congress on Thursday, while he was spotted taking Photos with Buhari in Aso Rock.
The former minister said he is an instrument who made Dave Umahi, Bello Matawale, And Ben Ayade of cross river state to join the Party.
While reacting to the statement, Dave Umahi the Governor of Ebonyi state, said that it’s an insult for Fani Kayode to make such statement, adding that he has no role to play on his decision to join APC.
Dave Umahi, while speaking on Channels Television on the Sunrise Daily he said.
“For someone to come and say that a whole Chairman of the Southeast Governors Forum, that he was instrumental to my movement from PDP to APC is an insult on my person and with all due respect, he has to withdraw that statement.”
“He remains my friend and a good one for that matter, but he played no role in my movement and I am sure he didn’t play any role in the movement of the rest of us.”
