Ghana Social Media Celebrity, Rosemond Alade Brown popularly known as Akuapem Poloo heads back to prison as Court dismissed her appeal.
The Accra High Court has dismissed appeal by Akuapem challenging her 90 days jail sentence.
Akuapem had on July last year posted a nude picture of her and her son while celebrating his seventh year birthday.
The Accra Circuit court had sentence Akuapem to 90 days in prison after the court frowned over the nude photos she shared with her son.
But for the hearing on December 1, 2021, High court in Accra dismiss the appeal that is filled by Akuapem to challenge her jail term.
According to the presiding Judge, Justice Ruby Aryeetey, “the sentence that is given to her is not excessive” adding “that the court will only interfare if the sentence is too much”.
For this sake the appeal is dismissed which means Akuapem Poloo is going back to jail that court give her in April.
Meanwhile she had shared heart melting message for her son on her official social media handle.
“Son I love you and God dey with you always you know ????????????????????????Be good till mummy comes back ???? God dey in control always.”
