Rapid Gunshots has been reported around Esut Agbani, Nkanu West Local Government Area (LGA) of Enugu State, southeast Nigeria.
According to Politics Nigeria, it reports that unknown who are forcing sit at home has been engaged by the Nigerian Security Operatives.
The indegenous people of Biafra IPOB had earlier last year cancelled it’s sit at home in solidarity to it’s leader Nnamdi Kanu.
Reports we gathered around the area said that the gun battle started around 9:00 am on Monday and continued till evening.
There is also reports that vehicle movements has been stocked around Topland, Amechi Road, NOWAS, IMT and Shoprite area, as well as Enugu South LGA of Enugu State due to sporadic gunshots.
Series of Gunshots were also heard around Ogbete, Naira Triangle and Thinkers Corner.
Nigerian Army personnel is currently engaging the hoodlums in the Said communities
