The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, leadership has explained it’s connection to the discovered cannibalism hideout of Criminals in Orsu Ihiteukwa / Lilu in Imo state and Anambra state.
The Nigerian Department of state service in a joint task force with the Army and Police had discovered a criminal hideout in Orsu Ihiteukwa Imo state where Canibalism is being practiced.
Meanwhile The Nigerian Security had fingered IPOB armed wing ESN for being behind the act.
However the spokesperson of IPOB Mr Emma Powerful has come out to disassociate ESN from the criminal activities in Imo state and it’s environs.

“We have nothing in common with agents of death, and we don’t engage in barbarities and cannibalism of sorts.
“What is happening in Imo particularly in Orsuihiteukwa, Nnempi, Ibiasoegbe, Awo-Mmamma, Orlu, Oru East, Oru West, Nkwere and their environs including Orsumoghu and entire Ihiala LGA of Anambra State are the original plans to demonise Biafra agitators and ESN operatives and tag them as criminals but unfortunately their plan failed.
“IPOB/ESN operatives don’t engage in raping and kidnapping. That’s not part of their mandate. They are out to defend them (Imolites) against terrorists and criminal herdsmen,”
