Disappear from Prison and be free Soludo Urges arrested Native Doctors

Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State has made headlines after reportedly challenging arrested native doctors to escape from prison if they truly possess supernatural powers.

In a bold statement, Soludo declared that any native doctor who can vanish from custody will be free of all charges.

This comes amid an ongoing crackdown on native doctors in the state, whom the government accuses of fueling ritual killings, money laundering, and internet fraud (Yahoo Plus).

The Anambra State government has recently arrested several well-known native doctors, including the famous Akwa Okuko Tiwara Aki, as part of its effort to curb crime and illicit spiritual practices.

Authorities believe that many ritual-related crimes in the state, including human sacrifices and fraud, are linked to the activities of these traditional practitioners.

Governor Soludo has emphasized that the crackdown aims to clean up Anambra State and prevent young people from being lured into ritual killings and criminal activities under the guise of wealth-seeking spiritual practices.

He has urged residents, especially the youth, to focus on legitimate means of success rather than relying on deceptive spiritual promises.
