There has been a presence of heavy Security men in Abia State High Court Located at Ikot Ekpene Road Umuahia, the Abia State capital as the court hears suit against the Nigerian federal Government by the Leader of the Indegeneous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Nnamdi Kanu had through his Lawyer Alloy Ejimakor filed a suit against the Nigerian Government for the Extradition of the Leader of IPOB from Kenya to Nigeria against his will.
The suit is demanding Kanu to be returned to Kenya so he can fly back to Britain where he reside, it also demands 5billion naira for going against his will and violation his fundamental Human rights.
