A High Court Sitting in Ibadan Oyo State has on Friday asked the federal Government of Nigeria led by Muhamadu Buhari to Pay 20 Billion Naira to Sunday Adeyamo popularly known as Igboho, over invasion of residence.
This development comes after the Yoruba nation Activist has filled a law suit demanding 500billion in damages over the invasion of his country home by the Nigerian Department of State Service, DSS, on July.
Recall that DSS has stormed Igboho’s Residents in Ibadan Killing 2 of his aids before accessing the compound, charms and amunitions was recorverd in which Igboho denied saying the DSS planted those guns in his house to blackmail him.
The President Judge has ruled in favor of Igboho, in the suite of N500 billion, while ordered the DSS to pay Igboho N20billion for the damages.
