Nigerian Government will likely loose 5 Billion Naira if Nnamdi Kanu the Indegeneous People of Biafra Leader wins his suit against Nigeria, over human rights Violation.
Alloy Ejimakor the lead councel to the IPOB leader has filled a suit against Nigeria in the Abia State high court in Umuahia, over infringement on human rights, Kanu who’s demanding N5b, and requested to be returned to United Kingdom where he resided as a citizen.
The suit was heard at the Abia State high court on Friday 19 November, and was subsequently adjourned to December 10.
The matter was brought before the judge of the high Court, Justice Benson Anya, as security agents block the whole entrance of the high court allowing only the judge, few Lawyers and few media personnels.
Meanwhile the court of the Abia State high court had issued an order to the Nigerian Security agencies asking them to Keep thier Keep security personnels anytime the Nnamdi Kanu case is brought for hearing, saying no need of blocking the court premises with heavy security that they will be informed if Security is needed.
Kingreporter believes that if the case goes in favor of Kanu Nigerian Government will be loosing a whooping N5b to the saperatics leader.
